1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are made via WhatsApp.
- A confirmation message will be sent once the booking is finalized.
- Customers must provide accurate details to avoid service disruptions.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments must be made per the agreed terms upon booking confirmation.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended rental periods.
3. Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles are provided with a professional driver.
- Customers must adhere to the rental agreement, including designated usage areas.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled rental to be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
5. Liability & Responsibilities
- Skylane Car Hire is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for their personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Any misconduct or violation of terms may result in immediate termination of service.
6. Amendments to Terms
- Skylane Car Hire reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
- Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
